1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern every booking made with Niagara Falls Sightseeing Tours ("we", "us", "our"), operating at The Niagara Falls Innovation Hub, 4551 Zimmerman Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 2P2, Canada. By booking a tour, submitting an enquiry, or using this website, you agree to the terms set out below. If anything here is unclear, contact us at +1 647 477 1520 or via WhatsApp before you book.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

Tours can be booked through this website, by phone, or by WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once we send you written confirmation by email or message, including your pickup time and location. Prices shown on the site are per person or per group as stated on each tour page, in Canadian dollars, and include the inclusions listed on that tour's page. Optional add-ons (such as a helicopter flight, Skylon Tower visit, or a hosted lunch/dinner buffet) are priced separately and confirmed at the time you request them.

Some tours run as small shared groups and require a minimum number of travellers. If a departure doesn't reach that minimum, we'll offer you a choice of rescheduling to another date, switching to a different tour, or a full refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• ✓Cancel 96 hours (4 days) or more before pickup. You'll receive a refund, less the 5% payment-processing fee described below, back to your original payment method.
• ✓Inside 96 hours. Cancellations made less than 96 hours before your scheduled pickup, and any missed pickups, are non-refundable, as vehicles and guides are already committed to your booking.
• ✓Free rescheduling. You can move your tour to another date at no charge, subject to availability, provided you let us know before your original pickup time.
• ✓Tours we cancel. If we cancel a departure — for example due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control — you'll receive a refund, less the same 5% payment-processing fee.
• ✓5% payment-processing fee. A 5% fee is deducted from all refunds. This covers the non-refundable charge our payment gateway applies to the original transaction, and it applies to every cancellation or refund.
• ✓Processing time. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Itinerary Changes

Tour routes, stop order and timings are planned in advance but may change on the day due to traffic, weather, attraction availability, or operational needs — for example swapping the Niagara City Cruises boat ride for the Journey Behind the Falls when the boat is out of season. Where a shared tour includes optional add-ons chosen by some guests and not others, brief waiting periods at certain stops are a normal part of small-group touring and are not grounds for a refund.

5. Conduct & Safety

You're responsible for arriving at your pickup point on time and for behaving safely and respectfully toward your guide, driver and fellow travellers throughout the tour. We reserve the right to end a tour early, without refund, for any guest whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk. Please follow your guide's safety instructions at all viewpoints, boat docks and attractions, particularly near the water and railings along the Niagara Parkway.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in planning and operating every tour, but we are not liable for delays, missed connections, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, border or airport delays, or the closure of a third-party attraction such as the boat cruise or Skylon Tower. Optional add-ons delivered by third-party operators (boat cruise providers, the Skylon Tower, helicopter operators, and dining venues) are subject to that operator's own terms and availability.

7. Website Use & Content

All text, photography and design on this website belong to Niagara Falls Sightseeing Tours unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. We aim to keep pricing, availability and tour details accurate and up to date, but occasional errors can occur; where a genuine pricing error is identified before your booking is confirmed, we'll contact you before proceeding.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it. Any dispute arising from a booking will first be addressed directly between you and us in good faith before any other action is taken.
